who we are

We’re an ad agency
on a mission

To help brands win the most empowered audience in history: Consumers 50+

Age isn’t a drawback. It’s our advantage. Because we bring decades of mastery and lived experience, our work resonates more deeply and drives stronger business results. Authenticity is the hardest thing to fake. And the easiest thing for audiences to feel. It’s why our work connects where others miss.

Meet the CORE Team

Introductions aside, we are the team who will be dedicated to growing your business. And we have a deep bench of seasoned industry talent behind the scenes. Our clients never get passed down to a junior team because we don’t have one.

Our crew combines decades of creative and business mastery with the sensibilities and skills that meet the cultural moment. Our maturity allows us to work faster, smarter, and deeper to deliver work that is timeless, yet timely.

Founder + CCO

  • Susan is leading a movement to rewrite the power of age in advertising and culture. She founded Grace in 2015 to help brands tap into the enormous buying power of the largest target hiding in plain sight—consumers 50+.

A lifelong storyteller, published author, and speaker, she brings a bold, authentic perspective to an industry that too often sidelines the very audience with the most influence.

Over Susan's award-winning career, she has brought her own instinctive brand of creativity to some of the world's largest brands—including Apple, Honda, and Pizza Hut. With expertise honed at TBWA\Chiat\Day and BBDO, she knows hot to cut through the noise, inspire trust, and move people at both a strategic and emotional level.

President

  • Lilly spent over two decades leading marketing and brand strategy at Disney and Omnicom, served as Head of Marketing for the eating disorder treatment startup Equip, and consulted in-house for luxury cruise line Seabourn. She helped launch Aulani, Disney’s highly successful resort in Hawai‘i, and was instrumental in reinventing Adventures by Disney, expanding the brand into river cruising and expedition travel—pushing it into bold new territory.

Lilly has helped lead the agency into its next chapter—expanding our marketing capabilities, and building new research, PR, and media partnerships. She’s a fierce believer in the longevity economy and the enormous value that people in their second (and third) chapters bring to business, culture, and the world. She reminds us every day why our work matters. Her motto: Age in. Not out.

Executive Creative Director

  • Melissa is a triple threat with over three decades as an award-winning creative director, art director, and writer. And at times, all three.

She has conceived, developed, and executed high-profile campaigns that have built brands like BMW, Mazda, Thermador, and Bosch to top recognition and increased sales year-over-year.

At Grace, experience matters. But so do humor, dedication, kindness, and collaboration. An undeniable team-player, Melissa is the no-nonsense native New Yorker you want as your ride-or-die.

Creative Director

  • Sharon has done it all, from planes (Jet Blue) to trains (Harry Potter at Universal Studios) and automobiles (Nissan), among many, many others, including E*TRADE, Monster, Energizer, and fruit (iykyk).

Her special sauce is equal parts concept and elevated visual style with a dash of wit and joy. Her skillset goes far beyond traditional media including experiential installations, brand activations and social campaigns.

Whatever the channel, Sharon is able translate any idea into pure wow.

Finance and Production Manager

  • Liz is a Swiss Army knife, leveraging her diverse background in production, finance, and operations to hone even the most challenging budgets and keep all systems running on point. And she does it all with rapier wit.

She is passionate about Grace’s mission because, as she says, “I’m an 80-year-old in a millennial’s body.”

Client Services

  • A veteran project manager and client liaison, Tenaya joined Grace having worked with multiple Fortune-100 companies including Microsoft, Xbox, and JP Morgan.

Tenaya is an expert at spinning multiple plates, with a talent for balancing big picture goals with impeccable attention to detail. When faced with any challenge her attitude is always, "we'll figure out a way to make it work." Easy, breezy.

Project Manager

  • A marketing MBA with a diverse CV as a band director, P.E. coach, and middle school administrator, Reesa has the battle-tested ability to bring order to the messy demands of agency work.

She excels at coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders, identifying inefficiencies before they become problems, and creating solutions that make everyone's job easier. The result? Everyone works smarter, not harder.
